FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH confirmed for DOWNLOAD
FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, one of America’s hottest new rock acts have been confirmed for the Download Festival 2009.
This is the first time the band play this prestigious event, set to run
from June 12th -14th at Donington Park. Five Finger Death Punch will
appear on the main stage on Saturday June 13th.
Five Finger Death Punch have now sold almost 350,000 copies of their
debut album ‘The Way Of The Fist’, released internationally in January
of this year; in support of the record, they toured the UK in February,
playing selected headlines dates as well as appearing on the Metal
Hammer sponsored ‘Defenders Of The Faith II’ series of shows.
“The Bleeding”, the first single from ‘The Way Of The Fist’, is
currently available via Spinefarm Records UK, although back in the US,
the band are already in the studio laying down the tracks for Album No
2, set for release in September of this year, also through Spinefarm
UK.
